(Agencies) A €350,000 project is planned for Tarifa, where a WhaleObservatory is to be built by the pier, according to the presentation that took place yesterday at the Casino. It will contain three stories with a total of 300m2. The building is to house an exhibition on fish and mammals that cross the Straits as well as space for educational purposes, information on whale and dolphin sighting businesses, plus an embarkation spot. The project will be financed jointly by the Junta's Departments of Tourism and Agriculture & Fisheries.
