School asks students to bring their own toilet paper

SAN ROQUE (Agencies) A circular from the administration at the C.E.I.P. Gabriel Arenas directed at parents explained that the cleaning contractor had 'failed to supply toilet paper' and asked students to bring six rolls of their own This is in fact about an ongoing problem betwen the Council and the cleaning company, FCC. Reaction from the town hall was quick: the Council announced that it will be investigating whether FCC, whose contract runs out on February 28, Monday next, has stopped supplying toilet paper before it expires. Mayor Fernando Palma also said that the circular was "scandalous, shameful and a provocation to the government of San Roque," because the Council was not informed of the problem before the circular went out.
