Save on renewing your white goods

As we said over the weekend (Update your white goods...), Plan Renove is back again, with a total Andalucía-wide budget of €16.5 million. The idea is to help us exchange our white goods to newer, more energy-efficient ones. The plan began last week and is expected to last until all the money is gone. It is possible to get discounts of up to about €600, depending on the items you choose. There are several requirements, simple to apply, that we are pleased to offer you below:>>>

1. Items that Plan Renove can apply to: Fridges, freezers, washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, direct induction hobs (the latter only after February 21st) and air conditioning units (as from March 14).
2. Minimum efficiency rating: A+ or better.
3. Procedure: Look for this sign (above) on the outside of a shop and then on the item you're interested in (only items carrying this sign apply to the Plan), tell the sales person and he or she will take care of the rest.
4. When the item is delivered, the shop will take the old one away free of cost.
5. Bob's your uncle!

You can get up to a 25% discount on the white goods of your choice provided they are tagged with the Plan Renove sign. Here's an example: Up to €145 off fridges, freezers, washing machines and dishwashers rating A+++, up to €125 off those rating A++, and up to €105 off rating A+.

So, if an A++ washing machine costs €600, a 25% discount means you get €150 off, or, a total cost of  just €450. Another one costing €300 would get €75 off, and you'd pay only €225.
