MADRID Yesterday was Spain's State of the Nation address in Congress. The Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, made no mention of the myriad cases of corruption that have bedeviled his party and his government. He didn't mention the Bárcenas case, where the former PP treasurer has been discovered to have €22 million in a Swiss bank account, and about whom the party and several ministers have been lying for some time. He didn't mention the royal son-in-law, he didn't mention ... a lot of things. But there are things he did mention and we'll be trying to catch up on that.
