Marrache brothers seek Habeas Corpus

(Agencies) Benjamin and Solomon Marrache's lawyers are seeking a writ of Habeas corpus, alleging illegal detention. Habeas corpus is a Latin term meaning "you have the body" and refers to the right of every prisoner to challenge the terms of his or her incarceration in court before a judge. The brothers were arrested when the RGP's Financial Unit closed their law firm. They are accused, among other things, of false accounting regarding several million pounds. (See related item here.)
