There is a persistent rumour in the artistic circles of Jimena that the bell tower in the main square, (photo) Plaza de la Consitución though better known as El Paseo, is being considered as a place to hold an upcoming art exhibition - or is being prepared for one, depending on who you listen to. It will obviously need much cleaning if an exhibition is intended for the inside, but it seems to us to be a wonderful idea: couldn't be more central, plenty (?) of parking, unusual, etc. We will be asking at the Town Hall as soon as we can get holdof anyone, but in the meantime, does anyone know anything about it?
