we reported here, a 13 year old handicapped boy was punched, kicked, burned, sprayed with solvent and urinated upon by schoolmates of his same age. Now the Ombudsman for Andalucia, José Chamizo, has opened a complaint procedure via his office, although he has not yet received an official complaint from anyone. This opens the possibility of having a full investigation into the incident, which Chamizo described as 'very, very hard'. The investigation would go into the causes and reasons behind it.
