ALGECIRAS (Agencies) A large part of Algeciras Bay has been devastated by spillage from the fires that raged in the sullage tanks at North Mole on Tuesday. Environmentalists yesterday began picking up dead sea birds from the sand, as well as some fish, whose "gills get stopped up" by the gunge, according to the local spokesperson for Agaden, Javier Gil.
