SAN ROQUE A collection of 18th and 19th century engravings on and about the Bay of Gibraltar (or of Algeciras if you prefer)opens tonight at the Ortega Brú Art Gallery in San Roque, with its official inauguration at 8.30pm. The exhibition remains open until February 1, at the usual gallery hours
