JIMENA Mingo, the bar and restaurant run by Mirella and Laurent in Jimena, tell us that they are keeping their Sunday specials at the same price, but, in celebration of Easter, will also be offering roast lamb with all the trimmings this coming, Easter Sunday. Their opening hours will remain the same throughout the holidays.
They also tell us that they will be closed for a week from Wednesday, April 3, to Wednesday, April 9, inclusive. That means they will be re-opening on the eleventh.
