JIMENA In case you hadn't heard, Mingo is getting ready for summer with a lighter, more summery choice of menus. Lots of salads, more bar food, yummy desserts, and - if the weather is willing - an open terrace when the roof retracts. Mirella and Laurent will be keeping their choice of set menus for Sunday, with a lighter touch. If you need more details (you do!), please go to their JimenaLinks page.
