GIBRALTAR The Government of Gibraltar has made available a complaints form about the border queues, which is now available online. There is no need to fill in the form by hand or take it to the airport - just do it online at http://www.gibraltar.gov.gi/onlineforms/, This, though, applies to the complaint form in English. There are downloadable forms in Spanish and French, which may have to follow the previous procedure (the press release is not clear on this, and we can find no online facility for them, either.
