The fifth edition of the annual Guadiaro River Interpretation Workshops is scheduled for December 11 and 12 at the Casa de Cultura in San Pablo de Buceite. Photography, environmental education and activities are on the programme, as well as discussions on the future of El Corchado (see full programme on JimenaPulse). Given recent controversy over a proposed reservoir in the area, this year's edition could be a lively one, even if a discussion on it is not on the programme. Organized by the Junta Municipal de San Pablo, the event has the support of Diputación de Cádiz, Jimena Council, GDR de los Alcornocales, Leader+ and Emprendedores Rurales Andaluces of the Junta's Consejería de Agricultura y Pesca.
