The president of Reyes Magos 98, Francisco Carrascal said that they collcted 200 more than the previous year, although "many toys were defective and we want to make sure that the kids get something useful and in good condition." The toys are distributed first among needy families of Algeciras, then to other places in the Campo, and sometimes even sent to places such as Morocco, Ukraine and Latin America, through other NGOs. Part of their fundraising alo comes from an exhibition of Barbie and other dolls at the Cajasur offices in Algeciras, which remains open until the end of this week.
