(Agencies) An Algeciras woman has received a €90 parking fine from Segovia, where she has never been in her life. Her 12 year old VW Polo wouldn't even make it to Los Barrios, she says. Having appealed the fine and requested a photograph of her car illegally parked several hundred kilometres away, she was told that if she wanted a picture, she would have to turn up in person - in Segovia! What can she do now? A Google search (indefensión multas, or 'defenceless fines') turns up 28,000 references. The woman's case is by no means the only one to occur; the Spanish media is full of similar cases, with fines for speeding at 750 km/h included. What does she do now?>
