SAN ROQUE (Agencies) A man answering to the initials N. F. M. was arrested last week for driving an allegedly stolen tractor and trailer (photo illustration only). At a routine check at an off-road parking facility the Guardia Civil noticed that the vehicle was missing its number plates. Further investigation revealed that the tractor was registered as stolen in June in the UK, and the trailer in Belgium. The truck was left where it was until the suspect tried to drive away having fitted false number plates.
