GIBRALTAR (Agencies/Photo: GibChronicle) David Bonicci, 40, who allegedly stabbed Justice Minister Daniel Feetham in the back with a large knife as the minister was walking in Library Street on Tuesday with his family. Bonicci, of Bacas Passage, appeared before the Magistrates Court on Wednesday. Feetham had to undergo emergency surgery at St. Bernard's Hospital, where he remains in serious but stable condition. Various Spanish government officials, including Senator José Carracao, spokesperson on the Gibraltar issue, have roundly condemned the incident. Condemnation has been very much the issue on the Rock. There's also a very good article by David Eade here.)
