Mmmm. Not difficult this one. Has the exact same pronunciation as in English so we won't make a fuss of it. A few words to practice on: mio/mia (mine, depending on gender); mano (hand, and an exception to the a/o rule on gender - but don't be confused by us, we'll get to that later); material (same meaning as in English); magnífico (you guessed it); minuciosidad ('thoroughness' but we're just kidding). Please note that each word here, and elsewhere in this series, has a bold letter in it. This is so you can see where the stress on the word is. Sometimes there's a written accent, but we'll get onto that later, too...
