As we announced here in March, the Coast to Coast Charity Walk, organized by Guy Hunter-Watts and Layla Patterson to benefit an orphanage in Nepal, arrives in Jimena today, and sets out again tomorrow, Friday morning from the main square. Guy and Layla would love us to join them on the way to Castellar and get yourself sponsored as a way of helping out (get further info from Guy on 616 057 184). The walk began on April 27 from the beach at Maro and is expected to arrive at Bolonia next Tuesday. Guy Hunter-Watts is the author of several books on Nature, including his latest, strangely enough titled Coast to Coast Walk (and available from Amazon right at the very bottom of this very page).
