ALGECIRAS (Agencies) Residents of Calle Cayetano del Toro thought it was a terrible traffic accident. What they couldn't imagine yesterday afternoon was that the roof at number 18 had just fallen in. When they realised what had happened, they were concerned about the owner, who would have been killed had he been inside, but after a little while he turned up to see police and fire & rescue personnel tearing away at his property. Live cables had to be held up with planks of wood so as not to cut off the entire street, and work finished on making the rest of the house and its neighbours safe as the sun was setting.
