ALGECIRAS (Agencies) A large deployment of National Police, many from Madrid, yesterday ended in the rrest of six Romanian men, who were arrested for the exploitattion of women. Two house searches in different parts of the town resulted in the ring being taken into custody. They are accused of exploiting a number of women, also from Romania, whom the 'farmed out' to various clubes de alterne (a euphemism for brothels) in the area. Canine units as well as uniformed and plainclothes officers were involved in the arrests. Sources say that this could be part of a network that has ramifications all over the country.
