Reader's Choice: A heartwarming concert

This is a piece called Campanella by Nicollò Paganini. It is said to be one of the most difficult pieces to interpret and that even Franz Lizt, whose finger reach was supposedly enormous, had trouble with it. We haven't been able to find out who this player is or where this recital took place (it reached us via our faithful reader Notalot, to whom thanks), but he is blind and has Downs Syndrome. Nothing is impossible.
