Two new places opening this weekend

JIMENA After a spotty history of opening hours and service, Bar El Paseo is scheduled to re-open this Friday evening. We know because we caught the girls and their mothers getting things in order. The bar is on the main square, a lovely place to watch the world go by, mornings or evenings. They tell us they'll be offering breakfast (including bacon & eggs!) and a selection of tapas. We wish Eli, Begonia and their respective mothers the best of luck. The other place opening this weekend is a 'branch' of the Bar 'On D Vas on the corner near the fire station, where we will be able to get pizzas, hamburgers, and a long list of excellent goodies to take away.
