La Línea mayor carries on regardless

Work continues (Photo: EuropaSur)
LA LÍNEA / GIBRALTAR (Gibraltar Chronicle) La Línea Mayor Alejandro Sánchez yesterday evening issued a statement questioning the authority of “two people dressed in yellow” seeking to halt the works at the frontier for his so called ‘decongestion charge’.  Sánchez claimed the two men had no authority and had produced incomplete documentation to the Ayuntamiento. The Mayor said he believes that the gesture reflects ‘nervousness’  (presumably in Madrid, his true objective.Ed) and defied this saying the toll works will proceed.
