SOTOGRANDE (Agencies) A man, from Madrid, was arrested last week after climbing into his own property in the luxury resort, where he went to demand payment for back rent from his tenants, a French couple. However, the Guardia Civil also arrested the tenant for illegal possession of arms, a 12-bore gun, with which he attempted to defend himself from the landlord, who had allegedly hit his partner. The Guardia Civil have put both men 'at the disposal of the Court'.
