Tarifa black spot claims more victims

Punta Paloma crossing (EuropaSur)
TARIFA (Agencies) The N-340 road that runs from Algeciras passed Tarifa has several notorious black spots. This time a two-car head-on collision claimed five injured, three of them seriously - and one of whom was airlifted to the hospital in Cadiz. The accident happened at the Punta Paloma crossing, which accesses the town of Tarifa, its beaches and several campsites in the area. It is the most popular access to these, and prone to accidents of this kind, often because of confusing road markings and poor visibility.
