(Agencies) Following a great deal of infighting at San Roque Council since Fernando Palma's PP took command from PSOE in a voting 'coup' in March last year, opposition spokesman Juan Carlos Ruiz Boix (photo) now accuses the present government of 'illegality and corruption' in the Council's Town Planning Department. He pointed out that there are now three court cases being processed, all of them in Sotogrande. The newest one involves El Encinar de Sotogrande, another one is over the 022-TG section in Torreguadiaro, for which the Council was sentenced to pay an indemnization of €3.8million. The third case is about Section 34 in Sotogrande, where an 'exchange' deal was carried out but a court rejected as illegal. At the press conference Ruiz Boix asked why it was "all happening in Sotogrande."
