What (not) to do with a drunken sailor

GIBRALTAR (Agencies) It transpires that an ambulance was called out one day last month to see someone with chest pains in the area of Parliament Lane. The ambulance crew went up to attend to the patient. When they returned to the ambulace they found  a drunken sailor sitting in the front of the vehicle. He was asked to get out, but refused and ran away, not without causing some damage. Eventually, the man was arrested by the police but he managed to evade going to court his ship was about to leave. Instead, he made a donation of £60 and was released without charge or court a hearing.
