Sotogrande renews Board and statutes today

SAN ROQUE (Agencies) Sotogrande S.A., the real estate arm of the NH Hotels group headquartered in San Roque, is holding its AGM today and tomorrow. On the agenda, aside from the usual items such as approval of accounts, etc., is a new Board of Directors and a renbewal of company statutes to bring them in line with current regulations. The meeting is being held at the NH Sotogrande Hotel (once known as the Tennis Hotel). On the agenda, too, is the application of last year's losses of €6.2 million to future gains. The company has also developed, or is developing resorts in Mexico, Dominican Republic and Sicily.
