SPAIN (Agencies) The Madrid judge who is in charge of the Gürtel investigation 'the biggest corruption case in Spain since the Transition' says the first trial in the inquiry will take place this year after the May 22 elections. Madrid High Court Judge Antonio Pedreira told reporters that the investigative stage "has already finished" and the accusatory stage will "be finished" about the same time as the regional parliament breaks for summer recess.
