The company, headquartered in San Roque, is preparing to hold its AGM this weekend, when it will ratify new Board members and changes to the company statutes. Another item on the agenda is approval of the figures for 2010, which show a loss of €6.9 million, and applying that amount to the negative results of previous fiscal years, thus to be compensated in the future.
