GIBRALTAR (Source: GibChronicle) Chief Minister Peter Caruana officially reopened the Dudley Ward tunnel at an emotive ceremony yesterday in the presence of family and friends of Brian Navarro, the young Gibraltarian who died in a rock fall there in 2002. Mr Navarro’s father Juan unveiled a plaque commemorating his son on the approach to the tunnel, which will now be known as Brian Navarro Way.
