LA LÍNEA (Agencies) Sounds like one of those old black & white movies: man breaks into an office to steal whatever was liftable. Office owner reports the break-in last week. Police turn up immediately and find, a few metres from the office door, a wallet containing documents belonging to F. J. F. J, alias
El Pipo, 31, who is well known to the authorities as he has some 25 offences in his record. He is also being investigated for setting fire to a car and for dangerous driving. Nice guy, El Pipo, who is now 'at the disposal of the courts' although the police note points out that he was allowed to go 'free with charges'.
