Fourteen containers full of fake luxury items confiscated in port valued at €42 million

ALGECIRAS (Agencies) The Guardia Civil and Spanish Customs located and confiscated fourteen containers arriving in Algeciras port and destined for various points in the country, containing fake merchandise coming from China to a street value of €42,694,895. Among the many items found were 2 million mobile phones, chargers and batteries, over 196,000 shoes imitating well known brands, 14,590 remote controls, among many other things, including handbags, clothing, perfumes, etc.
