Santiago crash update: speed limit exceeded

SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA Reports on Spain's national TV 24 hour have just announced that there were eleven people of British nationality on board the train, but this is subject to confirmation (NOT CONFIRMED). Above is a CCTV video of the crash.
