Lee Andreason's invitation for Open Day

JIMENA Jimena resident Lee Andreason is holding an Open Day at her studio, Casa Sonata Gitana (instructions to get there are on the invitation) on Sunday, November 25th from 12 noon. She is showing her new work including original sculptures in the ceramic Tang style, as well as her well known bronzes, many of which she has assembled from distant collections. As she says, this will be an exclusive showing of many unique pieces for sale and personalised for the last time in Spain. Find out more on Lee's website. Animalations at Casa Henrietta

Coming from this Thursday, July 14, at Casa Henrietta (C/Sevilla 44): "Animaladas", an exhibition of sculptures by Gonzalo Polo. Opening at 8:00 pm. Exhibition will be on until the 7th of August. A fascinating collection of mainly iron animals often made from old tools and other bits and pieces. (The Spanish word animaladas is very loosely, and badly, translated to 'animalations' - thought you should know...)
